Quick Look Scoreboard
Once the weekly deadline passes, the quick look scoreboard summarizes the picks and status for everying in the pool. It shows a count of the picked teams and the elimination results.
Season Summary
As the season progresses, each player's weekly pick is displayed. Correct picks are green, incorrect picks are red. The summary also shows which picks were selected by default (because the player forgot to make a pick themselves) and shows the number of "buybacks" each person has used. Like most reports on the website, the season summary can be sorted by any column and can be printed or exported as an Excel spreadsheet.
Weekly Picks
The website makes it easy to make picks even if someone has more than one entry in the pool or if your pool requires that each person pick more than one team per week. Also, each person can control their own entry settings, such as when to receive the optional email reminder to make their pick. The website also makes it easy for one or more people to "share" an entry.
Your picks for the current week are clearly marked on the home page. To make or change your pick, click the Pick or Change link.
Picks are made by checking the box next to the desired team. The game favorites and spread can be shown if desired.
Commissioner Menu
The pool commissioner has access to the "Admin" menu which allows you to control the website. Set the pool rules, keep track of finances, website style, and more.
Pool Finances
Where allowed by law, use the website to keep track of pool finances. Monetary transactions can not be processed directly via the website, but it is easy to add a PayPal button (e.g. if your pool is being run as a fundraiser).
Rule Options
As pool commissioner, set the pool rules regarding deadlines, pick restrictions, buybacks and more directly through the website "Admin" interface. Some of the options you can set are shown in the screenshot below. Please visit the demo website where you can login and see the "Admin" screen and all of the commissioner controls in their entirety such as how to control buybacks, default picks and more.
